Her Purpose

“Her Purpose” is designed to help moms get rid of the heavy stuff to make

room for the good stuff. This interactive experience will prompt you to

confront the emotional roadblocks keeping you from your purpose.

Mommy, Mom, Mother, Ma…no matter what your children call you, you have

probably used the phrases in this book to parent at some point. Although we

use plenty of affirming statements with our children, the examples in this

book focus specifically on what we moms say during times of discipline or

redirection. Why? Because we all know the rules we put in place typically

provide safety, security, and love.

Once you have read and worked through this book, you will have written

about some things that may have been hard to say aloud. You will have

committed to stand in your truth. But most importantly, you will have a clear
